Making Backups
If is never a smart thing to not keep copies of important documents or files and this is why hard copies and data copies of information should always be stored in case they are needed. After all, you need somewhere to go when primary files have been lost or damaged. When it comes to backing up your data and server information it is critical that one is not lacksidaisal in the approach. In other words, if one is inconsistent in terms of how often one actually backs up the server information then the storage will be limited by the actual volume that you have backed up. In other words, if it is March and the last back up you have performed was in January then you have no back up files for February. This obviously means that only Data Recovery processes will be able to acquire February files in the case of a crash. Granted, there is nothing with Hard Drive Recovery or the more comprehensive Raid Recovery system. However, the availability of a recovery service should never preclude one from taking the necessary steps to back up critical files. After all, it is always wise to make sure that you have every angle covered so as to avoid a bad situation. This is just basic common sense.
